Triathlon Response Group is dedicated to assisting athletes to reach and exceed their athletic potential.
Whether you are a beginner triathlete, runner, cyclist or an experienced athlete wanting to compete in world championship events, Triathlon Response Group will support you with strategic and practical advice.
Triathlon Response Group athletes are individually mentored, encouraged and supported by a leading coach who has competed at world class events. Athletes participate in organised group training sessions which result in improved performance, fun and the opportunity to make new friends.

Fluid Movements
Fluid Movements Triathlon coach the Melbourne Triathlon Club (MTC).
The Fluid Movements training squad offers sessions for all levels, from Beginner, Age Group to elite. Sessions are supported by individual programs. A variety of training programs, including triathlon, open water swimming, road cycling and running cater to multi and single sport enthusiasts alike. Training plans are devised to suit individual goals and needs, and casual training options are available.
Fluid Movements and MTC provide a great training network with training information and support via the club newsletter, regular information seminars, and training camps. Via our partnership, a vibrant social network also exists, with regular club functions, and of course the obligatory coffee breaks after training sessions.
